PVM is proud to host the charitable exhibition ""Crafted for Courage,"" graciously lending the Esplanade PVM. On Saturday, May 10, 2025, discover the thousands of hand-knitted blankets that will cover the space.

About the event

Crafted for Courage, an initiative by the Fondation Nota Bene, weaves hope and resilience into every stitch, raising awareness about violence against women through a powerful public art installation. Visitors can make a donation for a blanket, with proceeds supporting four local shelters: Auberge Shalom pour femmes, Chez Doris, Fondation Chaînon, and The Native Women’s Shelter of Montreal. Every blanket is a statement of solidarity, a token of hope, and a step toward creating a future rooted in care and community.
