Immersive Yoga with YogaTribes

The fall series are back with YogaTribes !

Join us every Thursday from October 3 to November 28, 2024, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on the 2nd floor mezzanine at the top of the Nike Store. We invite you to experience immersive yoga — a multi-sensory relaxation session equipped with wireless headphones for comfort and a unique sense of well-being.

• When: Every Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Where: 2nd floor mezzanine at the top of the Nike Store, Centre Eaton de Montréal
• Who: All are welcome — whether you’re a beginner or an advanced yogi!
• Cost: $15
• What to Bring: Arrive early in sporty or casual attire, and don’t forget your water bottle! If you have a yoga mat, please bring it along. If not, we’ve got you covered — we’ll provide one free of charge.
